I had previously imaged the Veil Nebula using a wide field of view on my Askar V (270mm), I recently reverted back to 500mm with a flattener and decided try only a portion of the nebula, the western veil nebula. I was pleased with initial framing and composition and lost an hour of imaging due to clouds, but was pleased with the data captured. This time I also experimented with using Generalized Hyperbolic Stretch and then Narrowband Normalization. Let me know what you think. Cheers
